Diets don’t work. The majority of women (and increasingly men) don’t like their bodies. We have more information about diet, nutrition and exercise than ever before. And yet this isn’t helping us.
We were all born natural eaters, with the innate ability to effortlessly regulate our eating. And yet, we have lost connection with this deeper knowing. How do we come home to our natural eater? How do we move from unsupportive behaviours and ways of thinking, to feeling more at ease around food and in our bodies? This is what we explore at “I Eat What I Need.”
Join me for a 5-week course at my home in Hove to investigate your relationship with food and body.
Each session will include:
Time for sharing and listening. How do you feel about your eating? How does your body feel?
Guided reflections and discussions on how we gradually heal the struggle with food and our bodies.
An introduction to The Process; how we change our behaviours gently and sustainably.
Guided meditations to bring you to stillness and comfort within yourself.
Please arrive anytime between 6.45 and 7pm, so we may start on time.
Your investment: £75.
To book your spot, text me on 07505 707963 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. I will send you my bank details for a transfer. This secures your spot. Booking early is advisable, as the group size is small and intimate.
