In our IEWIN groups, we explore gentle movement practices which reignite lost connections between brain and body.
In this way, we develop a stronger and deeper sense of being embodied, of living in this physical body. So often, our eating habits create negative cycles of disconnection and disassociation. The answer is so simple: feel your body, from the inside out.
So this is yoga for reconnecting with your body. Give yourself 30 minutes to rest, breathe, and develop softness and space in your belly. Anyone can do this – no matter what size, level of fitness, or experience. This simple practice is what has helped me to move beyond unsupportive eating habits and into a deeper, more respectful relationship with my body.
