Reclaiming your power – Video Blog

After many years of struggling with food and weight, it’s natural to lose trust in yourself. We then look to others to show us how to eat and how to change our bodies. But if we want to make long-term, comfortable shifts in behaviour we must reclaim our power, and learn to trust ourselves again – as only we have access to the wisdom of our bodies.
